With almost 10,000 square feet, and 3,600 square feet of patio space adjacent to a scenic pond, the Sale Barn at Lone Oaks Farm is the perfect space for small to medium-sized events for up to 200 people. The Sale Barn has ample space for seating, a band, dancing, karaoke and indoor games.
Rustic Atmosphere
The meeting and dining side of the Sale Barn features the largest collection of antique hand tools in North America that lends to a rustic feel for any event. The theater side has stadium-style seating and a stage for presentations, lectures, and can be reconfigured for more open space for your event.

The patio area has a large firepit with a deck on the pond for a smaller gathering space.
We can support your A/V needs with fiber-based internet, multiple large presentation monitors, laser projector, wireless microphones, music and sound.
The Sale Barn Apartment
This cozy space is perfect for the person who wants to be close to the action for your meeting and is your primary organizer. A queen-size bed and great bathroom provide a quiet respite just steps away from your event. Use of this apartment is limited to group events as it is embedded in the larger Sale Barn.
